By booking villas, campgrounds, nature trips or cars through puncakku.id, you agree to the following terms.

Our role
puncakku.id helps you find and book villas, campgrounds, nature trips and vehicles in the Puncak area. On-site services are provided by each operator.
Prices & availability
Website prices are regular rates and may change on public holidays, in high season or by operator decision. The final total is always confirmed in writing by our admin on WhatsApp before payment.
A booking is valid only after availability is confirmed and the deposit is received.
Payment
Deposit amounts and balance deadlines follow each property’s or package’s terms and are shared before you pay. Only pay into accounts provided by the official puncakku.id admin on WhatsApp +62 896-0162-5410.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and rescheduling rules differ per property and are listed on each detail page. Unless stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.
If an operator cancels due to force majeure, we will help find an equivalent alternative or arrange a refund according to the operator’s terms.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must follow each property’s rules, including capacity limits, quiet hours and listed prohibitions. Guests are liable for damage or violations.
Outdoor activities such as body rafting and camping carry risk. Follow your guide’s instructions and use the safety equipment provided.
